Why do some people learn English easily and others don't?

Every finger is different, likewise every person is different. For many, learning English is easy and for the rest, it's a bit difficult.

Some people can start mimicking others' speech and accent much faster than others and if they have been directed to the right resources they can learn the language faster. Those who can't mould themselves in the surrounding will have to rely on their technical skills and abilities

There are two types of people Dedicated and Undedicated If someone has determined to learn english faster, he will work flat out and win laurels. However, background also matters a lot. If someone schooling was in english medium, he will attain better command english language than others.

So it's a bit to do with biology and some different genes that some people catch the local language or accent of a particular place even in days of staying there, maybe as a tourist. But this is true only till the medium/intermediate level. if someone has to master the language...

But this is true only till the medium/intermediate level. if someone has to master the language and be a near-native speaker that takes proper training and regular efforts which is almost the same for everyone.
