Past tense of Has/Have - Had

Past tense of Do/Does - Did

 

Negative forms - Hasn’t / Haven’t / Don’t / Doesn’t / Hadn’t / Didn’t

 

The past tense ‘ DID ‘ will be the same for all the pronouns.
The past tense ‘ Had ‘ will be the same for all the pronouns.
                                                                       
Mai   karta   hoon - I do
Maine   kiya - I did
Wo   karta   hai - He does
Usne   kiya - He did
Ham   karte   hai - We do
Hamne   kia - We did
Nirdesh   karta   hai - Nirdesh does
Nirdesh   ne   kia - Nirdesh did
mere   pass   hai - I have
uske   pass   hai - He has
tumhare   pass   hai-  you have
Hamare   pass   hai - We have
wo   log   ke   pass   hai-  They have
mere  pass   tha/ Tumhare   pass   tha/Uske   pass   tha/Unke   pass   tha/ Hamare   pass   tha - Had

When asking questions,”Have” will be used with all the pronouns.
Does  he  have?
Does  she  have?
Does  nirdesh  have?
Do you have?
Do  nirdesh  and  nadim have?
Do we have?


When asking questions and using negatives,First form of the verb will be used.
Correct:- Don’t you understand? / Wrong:- Don’t you understood?
Correct:- Didn’t you see? / Wrong:- Didn’t you saw?
Correct:- I didn’t know? /  Wrong:- I didn’t knew
correct:- Did you eat? / Wrong:- Did you ate/eaten?

Mere pass   hai – I have / Mere pass   tha - I had
Uske   pass   hai – He/She has

Wo   karta   hai - He does / Kya   wo   karta   hai? - Does he?
wo   nahi   karta - He doesn’t / Kya   wo   nahi   karta? - Doesn’t he?
wo   log   karte   hain- They do / Kya   wo   log   karte   hain? - Do they?
maine   kia - I did / Kya   maine   kia? - Did i?
Maine   nahi   kia - I didn’t / Kya   maine   nahi   kia? - Didn’t i?
Tum   kya   karte   ho? - What do you do / Tumne   kya   kia? - What did you do
Tum   kya   sochte   ho? - What do you think / Tumne   kya   socha? - What did you think
