You have the most important thing will to speak it. Start with learning the basics of it and regular and informal communications. Slowly and gradually switch to higher and higher level. Put some stress on vocabulary too.

English learning is a going on process...u can learn grammer in a week but proper fluency comes by efficient learning through various class activities like group discussion, debates and others .....strictly cant be learned in a week.

Instead, the correct way to say that is "it's very easy" meaning "it is very easy". :) Also, not "i" but "I" (capital I) is used to denote first person singular.
