Hello Suraj,

A quick way to start is speak English on a regular basis with someone who can help you with you choice of words and how to pronounce the words. This can be done with someone on the phone. You have to make the time and also spend time to practice what you have learnt. Also, watch English TV and English movies.

Best Wishes,

It depends upon the student's grasping power, more over, it is not difficult or complicated to learn grammar, one can learn English if he is grammatically good at his mother tongue. I guarantee fluency in 3 to 4 months for an average student.

Yes, I say "READ". This is the most effective way to ensure your vocabulary increases, without mugging up words or meanings.
Along with this, kindly have a good Oxford English Dictionary or a Merriam Webster at hand.
Whenever you come across a new word, underline it and reference check it with the dictionary immediately.
This will help you understand the meaning of the word and will also give you the context in which a particular word can be used.
This will help you build a strong vocabulary. «less

Certification certainly adds value to your CV and helps you fetch jobs with good pay grade. However, command over english and creativity takes you further deeper in your career bearing fruitful years. I would also recommend to have a mentor who can help you groom your existing skills and correct you where you are going wrong. I would be more than happy to be of your service. Cheers Mate !
