soft skills are a prerequiste in todays world for career growth , personal developement , if we are emotionally aware with our surrondings ,like how we deal , (interact with people , interperonal ) and our intrapersonal skills , critical thinking , (includes analytical skills , like problem solving , having solution, in face of crisis to reach a consensus so on , adaptibility , resilience go hand in hand to work under perssure , in other words stress management capailties to optimise ones output as well as time management with focus management which relates to prioritising tasks according to there importance with maximum productivity. read less
