Yeah, hell, YES. Believe it or no, but Yoga and physical exercises improve our physical & mental health both. As of now, we know only about one side of training. It enhances the appearance of our physical body (which is part of our outer personality). Still, there is another side of practices that also helps us improve our inner beauty or character. Yoga & exercises release Hormones like dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, endorphins in our brains, allowing us to become less stressed, less depressed, less sad, less irritated & happier. Hence we can say Yoga & exercises improve our personality outside & inside. read less
