1. First you need to download the lyrics of the particular song you want. 2. Then listen that song consistently for 8 to 10 days with your earphones or headphones wid your mobile. 3. While listening that song you must have to see the lyrics as well on the same time. 4. Do this for 8 to 10 days regularly, listening is extremely important. 5. You mentioned you wanna get yourself trained in western music (Singing) at your own home and the very line "What's my best option"(I think it should be what's the best option) well no worries I got your point of view. Firstly, I wanna add that if you are prefering a home tutor for yourself I believe you're gonna learn and able to catch up fast comparing to the institute (not saying you can't learn in institute) but if you go for home class its gonna be 1 on 1 class and more concentration can be given yet one thing the fees are gonna be a bit higher than reaching out to institute. Well getting back to the point, in singing whether its western or classical etc,most important thing is the breathing (breathing is the foundation in singing) if you wanna be a good vocalist you have to discipline yourself every day by indulging into daily vocal warm ups, breathing excercise (there are lots of vocal exercise though which will help you in different areas) well yah not forgetting in western singing pronounciation counts too cause there are many lines that pronouce a bit different to the English we normally speak, just need to get it and practice that.
