It is good to have 3 peeled almonds a day with a cup of warm milk which is soaked in water overnight. Very good for maintaining voice.

Hi Naina, yes voice care is based on food habits too. Water and water content fruits,vegetables will help to maintain the voice. Avoiding coffee, tea, alcohol will help the throat from keeping it dry. Happy Singing!!!
