if you are focussed enough and understood correctly the teachings of the teacher then 10mintsx4 times a day and then as the experience and level increases increase the time

Voice is like a muscle.. So it depends from person to person. I suggest you to start from an hour each day and build up from there. Don't over do it or your throat will be tired for the next day. Listen to your body, stop if your throat feels tired.
