Practice more with harmonium or Tanpura. Eventually your voice will improve.

To get clear voice you need to sing on breath pressure by support and not by pushing or singing breathy.

Regular riyaz with swarams. And humming the swaras will help you refresh your vocal cords and get more clearer voice
