Distance learning in singing is quite difficult because if u r begginer so u will not get proper environment to learn btter u cn go for home tution aftr getting into music u cn do distnce learning too. Hope this will help u

Yes you can learn. But if you are a beginner then I would recommend you to join a direct class. Filter the location for your place and find the right tutor.
