Step-1
Just Login To your Blogger Dashboard and Click on Settings and Go to Basic
Blogger Dashboard>> Settings>> Basic
Step-2
Now Visit On Permission Section and click on add Authors
Step-3
Just Type the blogger (gmail id) of new Admin in Blank Box or choose from contacts and click on invite authors.
