Over a period of time the importance of certification may fade off as you will anyhow catch up with the world, you would have built experience, you will naturally be adept at your skill, looks like certification is a weapon in the beginning of your career, but again there are exceptions, I am Sr, Mgr into SAP and I have hired many people in my career without bothering about certifications, and many a time have not bothered to hire someone even if he or she had a certification. read less

Hello everyone, Can any one share their SAP MM certification experience? what is advantage of SAP certification? After certification did got job immediately? What about package / salary for domain work experience? Before / after job company ask for certification for out of India opportunities? How's exam is it possible clear in 1st attempt ? please share experience who has done SAP MM certification I need guidance so I can easy to decide for sap certification do or not?
That is not necessary go for SAP MM Certification. Most of candidates are working and getting good salary package without certification. Basically you have to start your training.
