Hello, my qualification is MBA and I have been working for HR Operations since 6 years and I would like to learn SAP HCM/Success Factors. Could someone suggest me if I can go for Success Factors without any experience in SAP HR or it's important to learn SAP HCM first? Thanks in advance.
