Hello Sravani,It really doesn't matter which module has more demand in the market; what matters is your qualification's stream and domain experience which matches the SAP module.To answer your question, let me clarify Logistic and finance modules are mostly implemented in the manufacturing and process industry. They can add an HR module based on the requirement.And service based industry mandatory use SAP HR module. So both modules have high demand considering both industries growth prospects. Answer is both modules are important for a organization like MM take care of Purchaseing & Inventory, HCM module take care of HR functionality. To get clear picture you could check various job portal to check openings in SAP Modules.

SAP BW, SAP BW on Hana cover all concepts

Hi, Yes, it's good, but considering your experience in testing, you can go-to SAP Abap if you are interested in coding. If not, you can go for SAP MM or Hcm. But, looking at the currently market in SAP, I would suggest you s4/hana.
