Hi, I am currently working on SAP ABAP and I think am not doing that good in it so I want to change in SAP BASIS, is it a right choice?

Hi As You are a technical consultant...moving towards Basis module is not good...thought. I could suggest, if you are not good at coding step into functional part you can move with successfactor as it's grooming now.

Hello Russell, Instead of taking up BASIS, you should go for HANA (high-performance analytic appliance). It is advanced and also is implemented in many of the MNC's. And is also considered as one of the highest payed module in regards to Employee.

it's not good choice, You have already a technical module knowledge, if you want you could learn any functional module so you could become call techno functional role and get your salary hike.
