Success factor being an HRM module, it is always advisable to have functional knowledge. I suggest if you have any opportunity as job rotation in your office move to HR functional role acquire some expertise and simultaneously take the SF training. I think this will work better and may add value to your profile.

There are specific training consulting firms. They hire freelancers and render services to corporates. If you have any contacts better to reach the training consultancies through your references. Have some certifications which will add value to your profile. Starting it will be tough, but once you start it will go with good flow.
