Hi Sridhar, You have good domain experience, you can go with sap successfactor training. Whatever would be flexible to you, you can choose the mode of training but you will get good scope for successfactor.

hiii its not mandatory or obligatory that you have specilization  in hr and marketing so you should do the relevant modules only infact  the hcm/ sucessfactors have very less openings but for sales and distribution to be honest openings are more  but that is good to know that you are working as hr  you should try to think vertically and think about finance module  FICO  because this is the backbone of any project all activities start from finance only growth is more   i do agree that other logitics modules like MM , SD ,PP have also good opening and all are some where linked with each other the integration that makes SAP to stand out of crowd  you learn fico  and in integration i will teach you sales and distribution also upto a huge extent  .
