where you have domain experience? if it is related manufactring you can go a head. if not also, if you have dedication, you can do anything in sap. but if you have domain knowlege, it is bit easy.

For HANA if you have some technical background like Database, data warehouse, sql /l sql, analytics, BI then you can take up HANA,. If u don't have these background then we can update with few sessions...

You can go for the SAP EWM module which is very demanding in the market. Or else you can go for the Data warehouse course of SAP.
