Its almost very difficult to get an internship in SAP, as this requires an excellent infrastructure, generally the training providers are required to provide/ assist you in the internships. It is a big problem with small-time trainer, those do not make the students employable fully. All the best!

If you have done SAP MM consultant level training, then you can search and apply for the job. Being a fresher, you may be recruited for a minimum salary. There is no need to search specifically for internship and all. All the best!

That is not necessary go for SAP MM Certification. Most of candidates are working and getting good salary package without certification. Basically you have to start your training.
