IdentityAs an educator and counsellor with over thirty-two years of experience, I am proud to say that teaching is my passion. I hold an MCom, MBA, UGC NET qualification, B.Ed, and PhD in Commerce. I am the Punjab College of Commerce and Agriculture Principal in Chunnikala Fathegarh. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various reputed institutions.
After completing my BCom degree, I worked as an accountant for a year before pursuing my post-graduation. I joined Kanna Mahan Vidyalaya and later moved to Hindu Kanya College, where I served for fifteen years. I joined Lovely College as a three-year professor before moving to Dasmish College in Chandigarh. I have participated in various seminars and conferences and published journal research papers. I am proud to have eight publications to my name and have been certified for NAAC accreditation. Currently, I am also a faculty member of Punjab University Patiala.
My expertise lies in teaching Commerce subjects such as eleventh and twelfth-grade Commerce, BCom, MCom, Income Tax, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, and Statistics, Mathematics Science, and English for classes eighth, ninth, and tenth. I conduct online and offline courses and ensure that every student receives personalised attention during each session.
I use tools such as whiteboards, Zoom, and self-made notes, tests, assignments, and previous year's papers to make my classes more interactive and engaging. I also have a YouTube channel, where I upload videos on various Commerce-related topics to help students learn in a more exciting and fun way. Apart from teaching, I also counsel students, motivating them to reach their full potential and achieve their goals. I believe in creating a comfortable and friendly learning environment for my students, where they can ask questions and clear their doubts without hesitation.
