My name is Robin Rawat and I'm 22 years and a yoga instructor. Originally from Rishikesh, INDIA and now living in Bangalore, INDIA. I have done my yoga study from Jai ram Ashram, Rishikesh & Rishikesh yogpeeth. I love to travel.

I am always energetic and eager to learn new skills, love to wake early.

I'm RYT 200hr certified yoga teacher with yoga alliance. Currently I teach Hatha yoga, Vinyasana flow, Ashtanga primary series, Pranayama, Meditation, Yogic Philosophy, Human Anatomy. I began my yoga journey in 2018 with hatha yoga and add ashtanga yoga abhyas to my practice and learn different flow with a different great teachers.

I'm currently working on my strength and flexible to do the Ashtanga Yoga Primary series.

My goal is to help other people out there and want to share how yoga can be for every one no matter what your age, shape or size.
