My name is Rhythm. I teach yoga, reiki healing, meditation and breath work. I specially work with women who have issues with body image, stress, want to loose weight. I was in past worked with women who have had PCOD and Thyroid issues.
I myself use to be a person with PCOD and I worked on it by applying various techniques from yoga, breath work, body work and Ayurveda and healed myself. Apart from this I love to work on channeling the sexual energy in a healthy way, This particular category focuses on working on sexual traumas, wants and desires. it helps in learning your body as a being and helps you fall in love with yourself as you create and develop more understanding of you as a person.
I am a certified teacher and have worked with therapists, healers from around the globe.
