It takes time but can be cured by yoga pcod easily cured by yoga in pcos it is a syndrome ( polycystic ovary syndrome) it works in system and by this it creates malfunction of different macanisms. And cause many diseases and disorders. It increases testosterone hormones in female body which causes cysts and malfunction in reproductive system. In yoga therapy we use different ancient and modern techniques to reduce testosterone levels in body , gives a healthy lifestyle to the sufferers, diet plan, asanas pranayam, cleansing and some meditation techniques which improves the estrogen level and decrease the male hormone yoga therapy always work on the base of problems ( on the root ) it cure the whole body .
