I am an M.Sc. in Yoga and a Certified Yoga Teacher, teaching yoga since 2017 with nearly 9 years of experience in personal, group and institutional yoga teaching.

I have worked for one year as a Yoga Teacher at Kendriya Vidyalaya Southern Command, Pune. Over the years, I have also conducted regular group yoga classes, personal yoga sessions, dedicated Weight Loss Yoga batches and personalized Prenatal Yoga sessions.

My areas of practice include Weight Management Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Medical and Therapeutic Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.

I provide personalized guidance according to each individual’s age, fitness level, health requirements and goals. My sessions focus on correct posture and alignment, breathing techniques, flexibility, strength, relaxation and gradual progress.

I believe in “Quality over Quantity” and focus on personal attention, proper guidance and helping students develop a safe, consistent and mindful yoga practice.
