IdentityOur classes are divided into two main categories; Yoga and Martial Arts (Taekwondo) so we can help you learn and develop in all aspects of fitness.
Our classes will include all aspects of Taekwondo - defense, speed, agility, fitness, flexibility and stamina. We offer classes for all ages - from toddlers age through to adults, Taekwondo classes are great to get into at any age.
Our classes also include specialty classes like Stranger Danger, Women’s Self Defense and Conflict Avoidance & Self Protection.
Our Trainer, Priyanka Paul is a professional Taekwondo player with 14 years of experience with participation at National and International tournaments.
Taekwondo: 34th National Games Jharkhand Bronze Medal, CBSE National Gold, School Games National Gold (SGFI), All India University National Silver and more.
Yoga: Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.
