Looking at your query, building a sentence doesn't seem like a problem to me. Do not burden yourself taking up any class now, as you are already busy at something that's a priority. But I am glad to know at least you think it to be a hurdle. My friend, watch English series & listen to audiobooks. In the initial phase you might need sub titles. It's ok to be a keen and slow learner as it is gonna take time. But the more efficient listener you become, the more effective speaker you will turn out to be. Find a company who helps you practice speaking or join a forum. Ways are many but everything demands time, which is a challenge. Try reading too and end up recording yourself summarizing the story. Eventually you will be able to identify and hence rectify your own mistakes.
