Hi, yes you can take online English classes and improve your communication skill and be more confident. Even I take weekend classes for working professionals through Skype, IMO or even Whatsapp audio or video call as per student preference.

Also, if fluency is the only issue then take small tests where you think on a particular topic and try to speak on it. while doing so, record your answer and once its over analyse your flaws and try not to repeat it again.
