I come from a competitive swimming background with over 16 years of experience in the sport. I am a Commonwealth Games Gold Medalist and Record Holder in Lifesaving Sports, and a National-level swimming medalist. Over the years, I have trained under some of the top coaches in the country, including the former head coach of the Indian national swimming team. I have also trained alongside international-level athletes, including swimmers who have represented India at the Olympics and World Championships. This exposure has shaped my understanding of technique, discipline, and structured training at the highest level. Alongside my competitive career, I have been coaching swimming for around 5 years, working with both children and adults. My experience includes helping beginners become comfortable in the water, guiding adults to overcome fear, and improving technique for intermediate swimmers.
