You just need practice hence start watching Netflix. Preferably English movies with subtitles as it will get difficult for you to understand initially, but later on, as you attain the speed, you will appreciate it.
Meanwhile, it would be better if you start listening to English songs. Start with easy ones followed by severe. Also, you can watch some basic tutorials and practice exercise daily.
