Identity
My approach is a bit different than other teachers. I provide students a comfort level and give them a chance to express themselves and share their weak points. Then i guide them how to overcome their short comings.
As in tender age, the guidelines of parents and teachers act as a spinal chord and building blocks of kids right from class 5. I hope i hold your hand firmly to climb up the ladders of your educational life.
I would like to add here to parents as well as students, knowledge is more important than marks, if knowledge is there it will gradually reflect in the results.
