I am Priyanka Deokate, a dedicated Yoga Instructor with two years of experience in guiding individuals toward better health and well-being through mindful and personalized yoga practices. My journey in yoga began as a passion for holistic wellness, which gradually evolved into a fulfilling profession.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm.), I have a strong foundation in health sciences. This background, combined with my YCB Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, allows me to approach yoga with both scientific insight and spiritual understanding. I have also completed specialized training in Fertility Yoga and Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga, which helps me support women through different phases of life.

In these two years, I have had the privilege of working with students of all ages and backgrounds. My sessions have focused on areas such as weight loss, hormonal balance, management of PCOD/PCOS, yoga for kids, flexibility, general fitness, therapeutic practices, and yoga for senior citizens. Each session is designed to address specific physical and emotional needs.

Many of my students have shown impressive transformations through consistent practice. Whether it’s improved flexibility, better hormone regulation, stress relief, or weight management, I have witnessed the power of yoga in bringing positive changes to people’s lives. The joy of seeing students evolve in mind, body, and lifestyle motivates me every day.

I offer both online and offline sessions to suit the diverse schedules and preferences of my students. Each class is interactive and tailored to meet individual goals, ensuring that everyone experiences yoga in a way that feels personal and intentional.

My teaching philosophy revolves around creating a safe, supportive space where students can explore their potential, heal from within, and develop a deeper connection with themselves through yoga.
