I am a Certified Yoga Instructor with one
year of professional teaching experience,
dedicated to helping individuals improve
their physical strength, flexibility, mobility,
breathing patterns, posture, and overall
mind-body awareness through the
traditional and therapeutic practices of
yoga.

My teaching approach combines asana
practice, pranayama, breath awareness
relaxation techniques, mindfulness, and
yogic lifestyle principles to create safe,
structured, and accessible yoga sessions for
students of different ages and fitness levels

With one year of hands-on teaching
experience, I have developed the ability to
understand individual student needs and
modify yoga practices according to their
physical abilities, limitations, comfort levels,
and goals. I believe yoga should be
practiced with awareness rather than force,
and I emphasize proper alignment,
controlled breathing. ~-adual progression
and mindful moven roughout each
session.
