I have been freelance tutor for 5+ years now. I emphasis more on personal or one to one training more than in a group. It allows one to learn and enjoy the art in his/her own space as well as pace. I make sure that my group classes are not crowded and admit maximum 10 students in one batch. This helps me to pay attention to each and every student. In the overall pattern of teaching I try to Maintain equal balance between the theoretical and practical aspects of this dance form, as I believe that both are equally important if one wants to enjoy the art form to the fullest.

There are dew exercises through which you can quickly achieve it.
1. Side sit-ups
Keep some distance between your legs. Complete down to each side by bending the respective leg and come up without holding anything. Do this for a week or two.
You can also do this by holding a railing or so, which will create a stretch on your inner thighs.
