During My long Journey of Teaching Profession as a Lecturer in Engineering college I trained many students with brief knowledge reading mind of students and accordingly mold him/her in diamond. Its very necessary to interact each student as learning ability varies per student. After getting him/her we can easily decide how much practice he needs to achieve success. In My 11 years of teaching experience I brighten many students carrier with having special attention on each student. Student only can be succeed if we motivate him/her towards studies..this energizes him/her to look forward in upcoming victory. But doing so teacher must have command on student. Student must able to receive 100% that taught by teacher then it is much more beneficial for student. I taught many subjects like CNC operating n programming ,Manufacturing Processes,Machine Design,TOM,SOM, Engg.Graphics, Engg. Drawing, Mathematics and versatile with any subject. Also trained students in their enhancing skills like Leadership,Personality Development,Soft skills,Team work. Which is must needed in Todays growing World.

I started my career as a spoken english trainer. I have been teaching all age groups since 2 years. My style is totally different. Most of the time the session is interactive. I give chance to my students to talk more since it is language and they have to learn. I give examples in day to day life and help my students to improve their skills. For example if i am dealing with women (home maker) if i have to explain them and teach them english, i ask them to write or speak few lines about their favorite recepie , i try to find my student's interest and ill develop their skills through that. I am a certified tesol trainer and had completed my adv. Diploma in Tesol, young learners program. I have 1 year experience. I use flash cards, power point presentations , music pictures and everything which helps my students to understand English.

I am BE passout student in 2016 with 75% marks in final year.also I have 2 year experience in calibration industry in universal instrumentation pvt.ltd.i have worked on different type of sensor,transducer etc. Also I have done the external training of PLC,HMI,scada .I have placed programming knowledge.also I have completed my diploma in biomedical engineering.so I have knowledge of biomedical instrument.
