I have been teaching MYP Physics and integrated Science in Victorious Kidss Educares for the past 2 years and have also mentored a SEN student. I have also taught Chemistry to grade 9 Students for 1 year. I am equipped with all the skills required for teaching in this pandemic situation. Currently, I am pursuing B.Ed from Jiwaji University Gwalior.

I have taught several batches of students in class 9 both in Maharashtra state board as well as class9. Face to face at home. From 2020 till restrictions were in place i did zoom class and later again back to face to face at home. Last year I taught a class 9 boy from Saudi Arabia English, through his aunt living nearby, i got the contact. My very good students, with my guidance get top marks in their schools. My below average students score at least 60 as i understand their abilities and focus on developing their strengths. Though there are 3 to 4 kids in a group, I can work on individual needs, by giving written exercise to the smarter kid to do independently and sit with steps by step for the weaker child. For creative writing, I discuss with all and get points from each, they use all the points and write on their own. Class 9 is school oriented. o kids share their school curriculum and learning objectives, and i go by their monthly planner. Initially, i teach all the concepts they have to know in grammar and we revise them along with every new lesson in prose. I focus on creative writing skills and grammar and unseen comprehensions as there are more weightage marks for these topics than reader questions. What the child finds difficult we plan in one week and i do each objective in one class at a time. They work on worksheets in my presence plus one for home too as I don't have a class daily two or 3 times a week. It has worked well all these years. If they bring previous years question papers, as per their teaching pattern, we solve them in class. before the exam. Children gain confidence as they solve papers and worksheets on their own.

Currently I am pursuing post graduation in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing). In the course of doing so. I am a passionate educator who loves to dive deep into my subjects. I see literature as a window into the social times when the piece was written and use the insight to derive lessons for the current times. While completing my PhD in English Literature, I discovered my latent love for understanding human nature, as shaped by the circumstances around them. Besides covering the regular school grammar, I enjoy the discussion of literary art works as part of the school curriculum, including plays by Shakespeare and other poems. I have observed that these discussions have ignited interest in my students that goes beyond the objective of passing exams.
