I am finance graduate & professional. I want to teach commerce student. I had completed my post graduation from pune university & appearing for ca final exams also. Completed diploma in taxation & laws. Cleared ugc net (commerce).

I'm merit student at 10th level, securing 2nd position in 12 the commerce graduation done from Dhanwate national college Nagpur. Currently I'm CA student at intermediate level, and also appear for LLB 3 yrs master degree course. I am B.com,Llb,Cs (professional) & I have 3years of teaching experience in the subjects of economics, Accounts,business studies, & various law subjects ie, contract law, property law, company law, Income tax, other commercials law. *I secured 90+ in economics, accounts,business studies and 97 in language in class 12th *ranker in LLB 78% *first class B.com graduate from symbiosis, *cleared 2 levels of company secretary exam.

Heading finance functions, determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies and procedures to facilitate internal financial control. Supervising the preparation of monthly financials, evaluation of projects based on cost benefits analysis to arrive at its financial and commercial . Monitoring preparation of statutory books of accounts, bank reconciliation and consolidated reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms. Administering financial statements including trial balance, profit & loss accounts, age-wise accounts payables & receivables statements and balance sheets. Determining financial objectives and designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate financial control; guiding preparation of cash flow & bank reconciliation statements.
