I am a certified & experienced Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Mat Pilates teacher. I help my students with Pranayam and meditation too with 2.5 years of teaching experience and four years of yoga experience. I am also an internationally certified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance US.
I am currently teaching at one on one at my home as well as online. I am also taking group sessions at clubhouses on behalf of my Institute.
