Which section should I focus on more to get a score of 80+ in the PTE exams after getting 78 recently? I got L-77, R-72, S-85 and W-82.

Will I be penalized in speaking tasks for not having an accent from a native English speaking country?
NO you won't be penalized. It just looks at your knowledge of the language and doesn't test for your accent as they realize you are a non-native speaker.
