Name on the score card should be same as on passport otherwise your certificate will not be considered

You can take exam as many times you want to take to get the band requirement.

What is the minimum questions to get right to get a score of 65 or 79 in PTE exam?
It is not possible to say how many questions should be answered for any particular score. You entire test performance will be counted.
