As this is the tests to measure English proficiency in all of the four skills - Listening, Speaking, writing and Reading. For Speaking - one should be good at pronunciation, intonation, and Fluency. Will I be penalized in speaking tasks for not having an accent from a native English speaking country?
NO you won't be penalized. It just looks at your knowledge of the language and doesn't test for your accent as they realize you are a non-native speaker.
