Nadanusandhana is an advanced practice in the science of Yoga that delineates the journey from external sounds to the inner sound. This spiritual journey comprises four stages; initially, the seeker experiences the sound of ornaments, which imparts a radiant glow to the body. In the second and third stages, the seeker attains divine knowledge and transcends physical limitations such as hunger, sleep, and illness. In the final stage, upon focusing on the Ajna Chakra, a melodious sound resembling that of a Veena is heard—a sound that symbolizes self-realization. This entire path grants the individual the experience of supreme bliss and union with the Divine. Thus, this concept presents a systematic framework for attaining liberation through inner sound.
