Platon's Republic for potrait photography is a good Book.Street Photography Now is a good book for street photography.

There are millions of them. First, look at your genre of interest and then search accordingly. I can tell you a hundred books because they suit my requirement. But they might not necessarily fulfill your requirement and disorient you.
