The best time to develop personality is to start early. I say this with personal experience. I never had stage fright because I participated very often in school curricular activities. I explored my interests and when we are young enthusiastic students we don't take negative feedback or criticism personally. This attitude helps us continue the process of learning however later in life many impediments deter us such as fear of ridicule lack of time added responsibilities etc in short we find many ways to delay our first step towards a better personality. read less
