Confidence is not about being the loudest person in the room. It’s not about faking it till you make it, and it’s definitely not something you’re either born with or without.
Confidence is a skill. Just like learning to ride a bike or play an instrument, it’s something you can build with practice.
Here’s what confidence REALLY is:
✅ The belief that you can handle whatever comes your way
✅ The courage to take action, even when you’re scared
✅ The ability to trust yourself and your decisions
✅ A mindset, not a personality trait
