When you get to know yourself then you must try to remove the negative traits from yourself and thus automatically the positive traits would fill the vacant spaces in you. And you shall then be able to see a new 'you' in yourself. Some special theories are taught and some special practices are advised so that one may easily be able to change oneself to the positive side. If one follows all the instructions properly then one will definitely see the changes in himself. Not only that but the friends, family and society will also see the changes in the person who has abided by all the instructionsand advice by a genuine trainer. read less
