I am working in facility department since 2 years I had done my MBA in Hr and wish to start up my career in HR,I am shy and introvert and my english communication is average.so i wish to join some institute or any pesrsonal coach for personality development

There are lots and lots of english learning audios in you tube. Build up a habit of listening to audios. Do some centering of mind by meditation, which will help you concentrate , build up self confidence and remove fear. You surely can join classes to acquire your new skills faster. Merely joining a spoken engilsh teaching institute wont be that effective , You join a personality development course and life skills training courses and meditation courses, or get a mentor or a coach. That will be immensely helpful to you. You have all the power inside. If you believe you can... "YOU CAN". You just need to explore it. Those days built us up. Our own existence is defined by our society. To get rid of this blockage you need to identify yourself and find out that confidence that got lost during the teenage period. Its like pressing the F5 button in computer keyboard to refresh or like rebooting your phone. Once you regain your confidence, its time to shape up your personality and effective communication skill. And for spoken English skill you don't need any regular classes, you can help yourself out with certain tools/techniques. Let me know in case you need further insight. read less
