It helps you to know yourself very accurately. When you get to know yourself then you must try to remove the negative traits from yourself and thus automatically the positive traits would fill the vacant spaces in you. And you shall then be able to see a new 'you' in yourself. Some special theories are taught and some special practices are advised so that one may easily be able to change oneself to the positive side. If one follows all the instructions properly then one will definitely see the changes in himself. Not only that but the friends, family and society will also see the changes in the person who has abided by all the instructions and advice by a genuine trainer.

The best option to develop your personality is to know yourself. So if one practises introspection, one could easily be able to know one's self. No better way is there than this. But, yes, if you want to know some tricks and styles which obviously may or may not be a little help to enhance your personality from inside then there are numerous institutes/online courses, Google and many other search engines where you can get tricks and styles to cram or follow. You can get best guidance from a trainer who would teach you in psychological method to develop you from within yourself.

Speak out loud small collocations in English repeatedly. Interact with the children in English as much as possible. Never waste your time reading newspapers and learning vocabulary from there at initial stage. Rather read aloud small stories for children with full gestures and postures and practise reproducing them from your own with gestures. Mind one thing that vocabulary is the least factor in speaking fluent English. Look around how a child of 4 speaks good English without learning grammatical concepts and vocabulary.
