Because of those benefits, I have started my own venture and today I am networking very closely with top Engineering institutions, B-Schools and Corporates in South India. But mere attending training will not help in anyway. It has to be supplemented with lot of practicals and implementations in our day-to-day life. Otherwise, "knowledge without implementation is waste of money, time and resource". Look for at least small implementations and keep baby steps. The journey is amazing !!! Be happy and be successful. «less

Amazingly in a very strong position albeit in a small circle. LOL
Long story short - I have just launched a 3 Year program for Teenagers.- this is guarantee to work.
the above statement is not an ad ... it is to highlight that it took me 16 plus all my own years (I am 47) to finally come out with a program I assure results of.
If you are interested I can discuss the whys and such in a separate or private discussion.
P.s. "Dolphin" the real answer to your question lies deep rooted in our nations mindset on training concepts! - the key word here is "Certificate" ... a very sad state in my opinion.
BTW is it not the prerogative of the Trainer to bring about the change !!! hmmmmmm !? «less

Strong sensory representational patterns developed in your yesteryears will affect personality development approach. 'How' is your question. These patterns have become strong memories (Maps) in subconscious and personality development approach should over power these existing memories (Maps) in order for development/change.

Also For success what matters is the 'Competence' apart from knowledge, leadership quality, personality etc. Competence is one has a closer look -it has a a close link with the behavioral patterns again.

Hi My dear Parveen ,
Saw your message. Its very quite pleasant interesting to know about your child., who seeks more attention from you. Parveen just understand, generally this kind of seeking attention in a child is quite normal. The child is seeking more attention from you than anybody else. For example:Now imagine that As you when make your child sleep in a cradle ,then you start doing work . Child, when they are awake from sleep . What do they do? 1. Child will find you whether you are near or far. When you are near the child knows that you will love and pamper your child to stop him/her cry.2. Now say you are far doing your work busily, this is the time the child start crying ...if no response, child will cry too much after an extent. This is the idea child creates to grab your attention towards him/her by crying a lot .And child also knows that if you are frustrated ,you will slightly hit a child, That sense of touch of motherthe child likes and expects. Not only your love , your slight hit also your child likes a lot. See how clever child is seeking attention. If this idea by 1/2 yrs kid does, then why not at 4yrs.
See, during their childhood you as a Mother must have protected ,given most care love and caressed much and you might have not even hit your child. Now your child in 4 years might or will think ,why my mom not caring me as like before. Why she is not helping to brush my teeth and in taking bath, why she is always angry, she she beats me and why she shouts at me... These are the only questions they know... They don't even whether their thinking is right or wrong. They don't know even about themselves If this is the case, how your child in 4 yrs will understand you , how do child know to respond you ,Parveen. As a mother please understand this.
Your child is seeking more attention, he or she feels to have your sense of caress touch of yours. And when do you feel that your child behaves in a tantrum behavior, just find and observe the reason for why child s behaving like DAT,
For this divert your kid ,play with him or her with toys.Spend more with your child.Come what may , don't behave rude or harsh towards your child. If not this seeking attention tantrum will become very aggressive. So, don't give chances for this. Be polite , even if child makes mistakes correct your child by telling moral stories. Be sensible towards your child.
Best wishes!!!! :-)) «less

According to me, Karma refers to the results of work. Whatever work we do or perform will exactly have a result, whether that is good or bad . Good Karma to be created and bad karma is to destroyed. So to cleanse this , Art of living helps people. Many kinds of Art of living classes helps to cleanse karma, but what they do and how effectively they deal with , matters.a

If there are constant questions in your mind that puts you down, then its time you become aware of it and simply ask back, "So what?"

In life, there is no other YOU. You are special and unique; thats why no one else has your features, your style of walking/talking/speaking, etc. Like how your finger print is different from others, you are meant to be a unique person. Cherish this uniqueness and love yourself for being YOU. Thats the magic ;) «less
