This yoga course is designed to help women navigate physical, emotional and harmonal changes during menopause.
The word "menopause" is translated from Greek as "meno" (menstruation, month) and "pause" (stop, cessation). Clinically, natural menopause is diagnosed retrospectively after twelve consecutive months of cessation menstruation.
Through a combination of soft and gentle yoga therapy sequence, breathing and relaxation techniques you will learn to manage menopause symptoms, refuse stress and cultivate well-being. It will help alleviate symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings and sleep disturbances.
But the most important part is to educate yourself in your own body process of changes and wisely start to support yourself every day.

1. Warmin up 5-10 min.
2. Cooling postures. 15-20 min
3. Balancing postures. 10-15 min
4. Breathing techniques. 10-15 min
5. Relaxation techniques. 10-15 min
